Update: We got a good appraisal...we are just in the process of making things work with our contractor...or another one. I hope we can start digging soon!
I don't have anything to really blog about. I just wanted to post a new post.
We will know our house situation by tomorrow and in the mean time I am sitting on pins and needles. Ouch!

Here is a link to our house plans. We have made a few changes to accomidate our wants but you get the picture. We aren't doing the bonus room so it is 1769 sq. ft. on the main and downstairs. It will be so nice to have 2 bathrooms and a place for all of us to sit at dinner! Does that mean I have to start cooking real dinners? Yikes! In all honesty, I am excited to be able to do that in my new kitchen.
But for now...tick, tock, tick, tock...

Love the plans. I think you need the bonus room... You could make it a big craft room.
I'm so jealous! I love the floor plan. Love the big master bedroom and bath and the fact that you have a laundry room. My washing machine is in my cold, dirty garage. I can't wait to see it when it's done :)
Hurray for the plans. That looks so fun. Our friends built their house without the bonus room and as soon as it was done, they regretted it. We missed not having you to scrap with this weekend. See you guys in a couple of weeks!
