6 months on the 6th

Look at my cute baby girl! We just got her second set of shots...ya, we are behind, shut-up. We didn't have insurance for a while, so I had to wait, and then I kept forgetting to make the appointment, anyway! She weighs 16 lbs and is 26 in. long. She is in the 50th percentile in weight and 60th in height. Yep, she's perfect! I have never had an average baby, it's kinda fun to dress her in 6 to 9 month clothing when she is in that age bracket. I always wondered why they made baby clothes so small but who knew my babies were just fat!I need to get her 6 month pictures taken but Stacy just had her baby. All I can say is she better be ready to get back to work by Monday! Cuz, I love her!So Avrie is sitting up by herself and falls over on purpose to try to get somewhere or something. She wants to crawl so bad but can't figure out that her hands and knees have to be under her at the same time. So for now, she tries to crawl with her mouth...eating the floor. She hasn't been to successful. She is so much fun and I love listening to her "sing." She loves to laugh at Brockston and the girls and it makes me laugh to watch them do weird things to get her to laugh. Kids are sure fun...except when they're not.

Pat myself on the back!

Look at my cute recipe book I made! It was for a Bridal Shower. I was so proud of it...especially the little brad I made. Yum! There are tabs and recipe cards, the works! I used a stamp set from Stampin Up and all Stampin Up paper...not the flowers though. It's really nothing award winning, but it took a lot of time to put it together with recipe cards and all. I thought it was cute. Okay, now I'm embarassed!

Word of Wisdom Problem?

Okay...this is addicting! I can work more efficiently with paper and scissors but it's fun to do new things. However, I am not getting anything done around here! So I am going to put the computer away for awhile but I had to share this one. I want some more digital stuff now!

First time around

My first digital layout! Nothin' special but it's my first one & this is all the digital stuff I have. So I'm proud of it! Don't laugh Lindsay!! It actuall took me longer to do than it would have if I had the actual photos and paper. I'm not very smart on the computer. So that's why I am proud of my simple page! Yea me!

For Sale!

Well, here it is! This is my house! I don't have all the pictures I took...there are too many! We can't buy our new house until we sell this one. We thought we could borrow money from the internet business until this one sold, but that isn't the case anymore.

So if we are lucky, the house will still be there when ours sells. Cross your fingers! So for now, we are focusing on selling this one first. If anyone wants it,or you know anyone who would want it, give me a call!! It has an apartment in the basement that generates income. So you can take $400.00 off of your house payment. It's turns out to be about the same as renting. So sell this for me so I can get my belated birthday present!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Happy birthday to me! I got to go to the Dinosaur Park in Ogden for my special day! Not what I would have picked for me, but the kids did have fun. I hope to get a new house for my birthday, so I didn't ask for anything.

I am 31 now. That's a whole new brackett when I do surveys! I should have had another party, that was the best ever! It's a good thing Kent's Market knows when my birthday is! They made me another good cake, but last years was definatley better! Luv U, Jena!

Back in the Saddle again!

I got back from the Stampin Up! convention last night and I had a great time! I got a lot of free stuff and made a lot of new friends. I also got some great scrapbooking and card ideas and learned a few little tricks. It was fun and a nice break from every day life! A much needed break.
I obviously took Avrie with me and she was so much fun. Everyone would stop and talk to her and she would smile and work the crowd. It was pretty cute.
We did run into Thurl Bailey and he was kind enough to hold Avrie for a picture. Boy did she look tiny! Not very many people know he is on the board of directors at Stampin Up! I don't know what he does on the board but he was there.
Anyway, I'm home and I have big plans for re-decorating my living room. I will be sure to post pics when that gets going.

So...if anyone wants anything from Stampin' Up!, I can get it for you at a discount. That was information...not a sales pitch!

Avrie did get pretty tired and was ready to be home so she slept all night! Ooo I hope that turns into a habit! I was dripping wet when I got up in the morning, though. I am willing to sacrifice if she decides to do that again!
